VIA is pleased to provide our Diversity Compliance Reporting System (DCRS). This web-based software system is accessible to VIA Departments, Contractors, and the General Public. The system is designed to streamline and automate your reporting requirements. The following key features are available, depending upon levels of access:

- Communication with Contractors and Consultants via email, regarding compliance issues
- Online and automated tracking of DBE and SBE goal attainment

Disadvantage Business Enterprise Program
